Inhouse bank & payments

Leverage the features of the Inhouse bank

Centralized Cashflows

Imagine having complete visibility and control over your cash flows, akin to a CEO having a clear view of all departmental activities. With centralized cashflows, you can efficiently manage your liquidity, much like how Apple centralizes its financial operations to optimize resource allocation and drive efficiency across its global operations.

Payments on Behalf of Operating Companies Issued Centrally

Same-Day Settlement of Intercompany Invoices

Think of the convenience of Amazon handling payments centrally for its myriad subsidiaries. By issuing payments on behalf of operating companies from a central hub, you streamline processes, reduce errors, and enhance cash management. This centralization mirrors how large corporations manage their payables efficiently, ensuring all subsidiary needs are met without the administrative burden falling on each one.

Why delay when you can settle today? Companies like Toyota achieve operational efficiency through same-day settlement of intercompany invoices, ensuring swift resolution of accounts and seamless financial integration across various branches. This practice eliminates the typical delays associated with intercompany transactions, boosting overall operational efficiency.

Centralize the Foreign currency hedging at Treasury Center

Liquidity Available Where You Need It Most

Initiate Your Own Periodic Cash Pooling

Consider how multinational giants like GE centralize their foreign currency hedging within a dedicated treasury center. By doing so, they not only mitigate risks but also leverage better rates and execute trades more efficiently. Centralizing Foreign currency hedging allows your treasury team to operate like seasoned experts, navigating the complexities of global currency markets with precision.

Liquidity should be as reliable as Starbucks ensuring coffee availability in every store. With a robust inhouse banking structure, you can ensure liquidity is available precisely where it’s needed, much like how corporations manage working capital to meet the demands of different regions seamlessly. This strategic liquidity management ensures your business operations are never hampered by cash shortages.

Imagine how corporations  manage their cash across various subsidiaries through periodic cash pooling. By initiating your own cash pooling system, you can optimize the use of surplus funds, reduce external borrowing costs, and enhance the overall financial health of your organization. It’s like organizing a regular gathering where each subsidiary contributes and benefits, ensuring a balanced and efficient cash flow.

How we helped our clients

Sweeping foreign currencies, but no internal loans

Sweeping cash, but forecasts taken into account

Reporting Inhouse bank transactions to ERP systems

CashMeasury created a customer-specific foreign currency sweeping solution for our clients, which simultaneously consolidates foreign currency into the treasury center and reimburses the equivalent amount in the operating company's functional currency. This eliminates the need for loan administration.

This innovative solution leverages our extensive expertise in the used Treasury Management Systems, TMS database programming, TMS interface programming, and practical Treasury operations experience.

We developed a customer-specific sweeping functionality for our clients that automates cash sweeping within the operating company using bank transfers. This process can be triggered whenever the client deems it necessary. The system considers intraday transactions and anticipated cash flows from payment files.

This solution combines our deep expertise in Treasury Management Systems with data imported from ERP systems via custom-developed TMS interfaces. Functional rules were incorporated to manage near-future cash flows. The analysis of bank balance data and forecasts is performed using TMS database scripts we specifically designed.

We developed a reporting functionality for our clients to facilitate the communication of in-house bank transactions from the central in-house bank to their ERP systems. This solution enabled the integration of the TMS-based in-house bank with multiple ERP systems used by the client.

Our expertise in TMS databases and interfacing functionality made this solution possible.

These are just a few examples how we helped clients. If you anticipate needing customer-specific standard functionality, we highly recommend involving us in your project from the outset.
